"Fox River" was painted on a beautiful summer day when the clouds were spectacular. It is always fun to go out painting with a group of artist friends.
Betty's paintings reflect the joy she has found from special places and experiences during her retirement years. Her happiest times are spent recreating these landscapes, seascapes and florals with oil in a representational impressionist style.
